Generous Portion (Live)

CHORUS:
Nothing can stand against us
We've overcome the darkness
We will not surrender
For less than Jesus paid for
He's giving back what's stolen
We can hardly carry the generous portion

VERSE:
At the end of self-dependence
He gives an army to stand with us
And joy that slipped through our hands
Will wash us whole again

PRE-CHORUS:
To the shame that took our voice
Now hear us roar

CHORUS:
Nothing can stand against us
We've overcome the darkness
We will not surrender
For less than Jesus paid for
He's giving back what's stolen
We can hardly carry the generous portion

VERSE 2:
Now we have broken through
The walls our ancestors knew
We've torn off every chain
And now joy reigns

PRE-CHORUS:
To the shame that took our voice
Now hear us roar

CHORUS:
Nothing can stand against us
We've overcome the darkness
We will not surrender
For less than Jesus paid for
He's giving back what's stolen
We can hardly carry the generous portion

BRIDGE:
To the God who gives
More than we could dream
Your love, Your grace
Changes everything
To the God who gives
More than we could dream
Your love, Your grace
Changes everything
To the God who gives
More than we could dream
Your love, Your grace
Changes everything

CHORUS:
Nothing can stand against us
We've overcome the darkness
We will not surrender
For less than Jesus paid for
He's giving back what's stolen
We can hardly carry the generous portion

INTERLUDE:
Spontaneous:
We can hardly carry
We can hardly carry
What You're giving back
We can hardly carry
What You're giving back
We can hardly carry
What You're giving back
You're generous
You're generous
You're generous
You're generous
You're generous
You're generous
You're generous
You're generous
You're generous

OUTRO:
We can hardly carry
We can hardly carry the generous
We can hardly carry the generous portion
